Legislative Meeting

Each year the Shoshone Conservation District and the South Big Horn Conservation District host an informal legislative meeting with Representatives Lorraine Quarberg and Elaine Harvey, and Senators Gerald Geis and Ray Peterson.  The County Commissioners and the area Department of Ag Representatives are also included in this meeting.  The District Supervisors from both districts presented a synopsis of the activities and projects from the past year.  The legislators then gave the group an update on upcoming bills in the state legislature.
