Windbreak Cost Share Program
The Platte County Resource District will continue to offer cost share funding for landowners to plan and install a windbreak in Platte County. Project proposals must meet minimum size requirements and standard design specifications prior to consideration. PCRD is scheduling appointments with landowners to provide technical assistance in windbreak planning and design. Interested landowners are encouraged to contact Brandon West at 322-9060, extension 21, to schedule an appointment to discuss design specifications and funding options.

Tree Orders
PCRD will offer a wide selection of deciduous and evergreen seedlings to Platte County citizens. In addition to the seedling species, PCRD will offer 2-25 gallon deciduous and evergreen species available to order. Please remember to order early to help ensure species availability.
