Sims has been a supervisor on the Uinta County Conservation
District board of supervisors since being elected in 2001
and is currently the Chairman. He represents the District on
the Coalition of Local Governments which is involved in
federal land planning processes including the Kemmerer RMP
revisions and the Moxa Arch Infill Area Gas Development
project. He is also heavily involved in many district
activities and supports public education through
participation in outdoor workshops and guided tours of his
ranching and wind turbine facility. He is a native of Uinta
County and is the fifth generation to operate the family
sheep and cattle operation. He and his wife, Lacee, live in
Evanston. |

Jack is a District supervisor for the
Saratoga-Encampment-Rawlins Conservation District. He was
appointed in 2004. He is active in the Carbon County Stock
Growers and the Wyoming Stock Growers Association and is a
member of the South Central Sage Grouse working group.
Berger and his family reside in the Saratoga area and run a
cow/calf operation. |

Resource District. She was elected in 2009.

Wayne is currently the Chairman of the Crook County Natural
Resource District. He was elected to the District in
2000 and has served as an Area I Director since April 2008.
Wayne, and brother Ross, are partners in a commercial
cow/calf operation near Sundance. In addition to the
family ranching operations, Wayne manages a neighboring
ranch for an absentee landowner. Wayne likes to hunt
and fish, has announced for local rodeos, is a 4-H leader
and on the county 4-H horse advisory committee. He has
also been a licensed hunting guide and works as a ringman
for a local auction company. He and wife, Dixie, have
an 11 year old daughter, Peggy Sue. |

Curtis is the Chairman of the
South Goshen Conservation District. He was elected in
December, 2003, to the WACD Board of Directors and serves on
the Education Committee. Curtis and his wife Cheryl own
Grandstaff Angus and Trailer Sales in Lagrange, raising
registered Black Angus on scenic Bear Creek. Curtis is a
member of the Wyoming Angus Association. Along with his
mother and brother, Curtis owns and manages LaGrange Grain
Company. He served for 25 years as Mayor of LaGrange and 31
years in the Army National Guard, retiring at the rank of
Colonel. Over the years, he was a high school teacher and
coach, piloted his own single-engine plane, retired from the
local fire department, and is a member of his church and the
American Legion. Curtis especially enjoys tending his
cattle, socializing with friends, and being outdoors in the
unspoiled beauty of Wyoming. He and his wife have two
married daughters and two grandchildren.

Hardy is a fourth generation rancher and native of Platte
County. He has three children, Kristine,
Ben and Amanda. They live and ranch east of Wheatland.
Hardy currently serves on the Platte County Resource
District board, is an active member of the Wyoming Stock
Growers Association, R-Calf USA and the Chug Creek Chapter
of Pheasants Forever. He has also been active in assisting
the District with the water quality monitoring program.

Mack was born and
raised in Cody, a fourth generation native of Northwest
Wyoming. Mack’s professional career has been mostly in
radio broadcasting, and mostly at the Cody station KODI.
Beginning in 1990, he owned and operated a 1-hour photo
processing lab and portrait studio in downtown Cody. He
also had several stints in movie exhibition, starting in
college, and later including the Cody Theatre, located north
of the Irma Hotel in downtown Cody. He currently works for
the McCracken Research Library at the Buffalo Bill
Historical Center, digitizing the many photographic
collections and the materials of the William Frederick Cody
collection, preparing them for presentation on-line.
In the mid ‘80s Mack was asked to accept
appointment to the Board of Supervisors of the Cody
Conservation District to fill out the term of a resigning
member. Within three years, Mack found himself the senior
member of the Board, as the other four Supervisors either
retired or were defeated at the polls and replaced by new
talent. He was elected Chairman in 1989, a position he has
willingly held ever since. In 2005, he became an alternate
member of the WACD Board for Area III and a full member in
2006. |

Pete is first and foremost a cattle rancher. He lives
southwest of Cody, where he has raised registered cattle in
association with Siggins Polled Herefords since 1974.
is a member of the Cody Area Chamber of Commerce, South Fork
Weed Management Area, and serves on the Board of Managers
for the Bridger Plant Materials Center. He was elected to
the Cody Conservation District board in 1992 and the
WACD/WNRF Board of Directors in 1999.
Pete is also the President of the Wyoming Natural
Resource Foundation.

Bryon Wilczewski

Bryon has been a supervisor on
the Lower Wind River Conversation District since 1998 and is
currently the Vice Chairman. Bryon is a life member of the
National Rifle Association, International Practical Shooting
Confederation, Single Action Shooting Society, and the
Amateur Trap Association. He is a past President of the
Wyoming Muzzle Loaders Association and an avid Hunter and
Fisherman. Bryon brings this sportsman’s background to the
Board of Directors. Bryon lives west of Riverton with his
wife Barbara and son Chancey. Bryon has been in the business
management field for the last 25 years and is currently
working in the Construction Industry as the General Manager
of Sehnert Systems Inc. a multimillion dollar general
contractor.

Roger
has been a supervisor on the Star Valley Conservation
District since 1993. Raised on a cattle ranch in southwest
Wyoming and a graduate of U W in Animal Science. He is
currently involved with a yearling cattle operation and
agricultural banking. He and his wife Diana have 3 grown
children all living and working in Wyoming. |
